Appalling customer service

Last year I moved into a property in Brackenfell via Just Letting. At the end of the year, the landlord decided to halt her business with them due to poor service, bad attitude and gross incompetence. I opted to remain in the property and sign a lease agreement with the landlord. Due to the fact that the landlord terminated her account early, she was penalized. This was deducted from MY deposit however, the Just letting representative stated otherwise. This might jeopardize the repayment of my deposit come the end of my current term. During my stay in the last year, I never received a municipal statement. Now suddenly, I am told that I owe the municipality money. This is turning out to be a circus and they will never see my business again. It is as if they became aggressive and petty after business has been taken away from them.
