An appaling organisation

Fortunately the Knysna branch, which I made the mistake of renting a property through when I came to SA, has ceased business for very good reasons. Mind you, the CEO isn't much better when it comes to responding to customer's queries. They fail on all fronts acting for the landlord and for the tenant they don't even bother. My advice... avoid them like the plague and use someone else. And if you're thinking of renting in the Knysna area also avoid the ex Just Letting people who've set up a new venture or you'll be battling to get your deposit returned without going through your solicitor or the Housing Tribunal. Both of which waste your time and the former costing you.
