Am shocked to my core

<p>Just letting benoni is the most unprofessional establishment i have ever come across,not only is the people that work there extremly rude and have no idea how to handel customers,the manager Chantal also was of no assistance,and was listening to the conversation when the sales lady started going off for no reason... I feel they are *******...i did not sign my in spection sheet when i moved in,only how much units was on the meter...the place was filthy when i moved in,but i diddnt make a fuss,i got someone to clean the place out at my expence...when i moved out i did sign an outspection sheet and thats where i left it..so some time goes by and i enquire about my deposit...only to find out that they added things to the outspection sheet that was there when i moved in,i nearly fell off my chair!!!! They said they give me R0 for my deposit,as i asked for the repair list,i was outraged,that they charge R1200 cleanout fee and i was hold responsible for water damage from the geyser (isnt that the landlords consern?)and a burn on the carpet wich was there when i moved in...not only that,i decided to visit the new tenant a two months after they moved in,and everything is the same as i left it???? So where did my deposit money go???? I will NEVER recomend just letting to anyone!!!! Im a fair person and never complain,this outraged me so much i had to make a complaint and i hope i can warn other potential renters to keep clear of just letting. Steven</p>
