Altered exit inspection report

In 2021 last year,I rented a property with Justprop..Landlord Craig Needham ,In Uitenhage Cannon Street. When I moved in the place was dirty ,walls not plastered etc. Now that I have moved out with the exit inspection me and the agent signed the document,however the document was not sent to me. Now that I must get my deposit back the they have listed damages on the report which was not there upon the exit inspection. The report was altered and then sent to me. I just want to let people know to be careful of these agents,they ask for deposit so they can make money of other people.

Can someone explain to me how Dust can be damage to a property?they looking for all kinds of things to withheld my deposit.

Upon my incoming,there was no electricity to check plugs and lights and no water to check if taps was working. However with my outgoing I am expected to make sure there is sufficient lights and water to check this. I think people are just ******.

I will not advise anyone to do rentals with Justproperty or this Landlord. The people at Just property are the following Claudia Barnwell and Tanya Olwage .
