Agents acting *******ly by transacting on behalf of owners they dont even know

It is funny how i must review a company i did not even appoint to give me services but i found myself in a position where its agents were busy managing my property ie. engaging my service providers telling them that they act on our behalf when i did not even know them. As the lawful owner i have never engaged this company, there is no written agreement or mandate authorising the agent to manage or act on behalf of my property but they were busy speaking to my insurance, speaking to my geyser manufacturers and plumbers telling them to deliver a geyser without my knowledge. The said geyser is now sitting at the security house and Noma and her manager Anton continue with their ******* actions by saying they will further engage my service providers without my consent or authority. I am still confused who these agents are and why they thought it was okay to discuss my property without my knowledge and i know there is a law against that but instead of an apology, Anton shouted at me and like i said threatened me further that they will continue with engaging people on my behalf when they had no right to do so in the first place. I don't know where i can report these agents but trust that i will report them at every platform and regulatory body i can find for the inconvenience caused by them *******ly transacting on behalf of myself and my property.
