Sir/Madam,

I am writing for egregious violations of tenant rights, multiple breaches of contract, and actions bordering on ******** negligence. The gravity of this situation cannot be overstated and demands immediate and decisive intervention.

Summary of Grievances:

Short noted exiting premises and Contract Violation: Despite our adherence to the contractually mandated two-month notice period, we were subjected to a forced, premature eviction by playing on our good human nature as the new tenants had a live and death situation as an 85 year old lady will be moved from hospital to the house and her husband want to spend the little time left together (This was allegedly said to help us make a decision to move prematurely). This action not only breaches our tenancy agreement but also violates local housing laws, potentially constituting a ******** offense. Noted that the Landlord rented out the same property to both tenants for the same month.

Provision of Uninhabitable and Hazardous Accommodation: The alternative housing provided is not merely substandard; it presents clear and present dangers to health and safety:

Complete absence of electricity, rendering the property uninhabitable and unsafe

No stove to cook food and elictricty cables open creating dangerous environment for a 4 year old. Licky no electricity most of the time.

Entrance gate can’t lock

Non-functional plumbing in all bathrooms, violating basic sanitation requirements

Active sewage leak near the kitchen, creating a severe biohazard

Extensive and Malicious Property Damage: During the landlord-managed relocation, our possessions suffered significant damage, including:

Destruction of high-value appliances (washing machine, refrigerator)

Breakage of multiple mirrors and fragile items

Suspected intentional mishandling of boxed items

Critical Security Breaches: False assurances regarding the transfer of the security system have left us exposed to financial risk.

Severe Psychological and Physical Harm:

My wife has been driven to clinical depression, resorting to dangerous levels of pain medication

Our 4-year-old son is exhibiting signs of severe trauma and developmental regression

The lack of sanitary facilities has forced my wife into degrading and unhygienic practices.

Gross Negligence and Dereliction of Duty:

Repeated refusals to address life-threatening issues in the property

Attempts to deflect responsibility through a complex web of property management relationships

Use of religious observance as a shield against legal and moral obligations

Discriminatory Practices: Evidence suggests a pattern of discriminatory behavior, with the landlord using religious justifications to selectively mistreat tenants and the downgrade of the lowerclass.

Initiation of civil proceedings for breach of contract, negligence and emotional distress

The severity of this situation cannot be overstated. Your immediate and comprehensive response is required;

I do not want to work with the Just Properties as it seems that they are trying to cause financial damage and as much discomfort as possible due to the months pay and the blatant dishonesty from the property management (Mandate).

Landlord is ignoring and shying away from any responsibility.
