3months and still counting.... still no deposit

I've been waiting 3months for Just Letting to refund me back by deposit, and still counting. The NEW owner is nowhere to be seen and he never responds to messages left at reception. They never call you back or even reply to emails. When we asked the office manager why its taking so long she could not give me an answer and had a very bad an unhelpful attitude, I will NEVER in my life use Just Letting again. They made me feel as if I am the bad one owning them money. Disrespectful!
