28 days and still have not repaid all our monies

Contract states...<br> Should the TANANT not attend the outgoing inspection JUST LETTING shall inspect the PREMISES within seven days from the EXPIRY DATE in order any damages of loss caused during LEASE term..<br> <br> I was present at outgoing inspection, 24 days after the inspection, was the first time I heard that they are holding on to our monies due to a rat plague. I cant see how this is our fault if the entire street had experiencing problems. Nobody called me to tell me why, it took 24 days<br> <br> Agents makes verbal promises and contact says something else<br> <br> My calls get rejected, ignored and emails do not get responded on. Promises have been made that they will call me back before the end of the day, and once again yesterday did not stick to another promise that was made.<br> <br> Unorganised system<br> <br> Staff members complain to me<br> <br> Maintance work that we asked to be done on the property (the owner of the property approved) was not arranged, and now that we have moved out now they want to keep us liable.<br> <br> I have called daily for feedback, they never called me to keep me posted with were things stand <br> <br> 28 days later and all our monies have still not been paid.
