Hi <br> We were renting a flat at just letting and the place was in a bad condition and we had to repair some of the stuff in the house and we moved to another place and now they have payed only the half of the deposit back but they keep us responsible for damage have already been done before we have moved in. For example the cupboard in the kitchen was broken and my plates fell out and brake, the carpets in the living room was stained and and the garage door was broken and we reported it and they said they know it, and they said one cupboard shelf was broken but everything was not damaged and now they said it is and the principle at head office said it is our problem and the money was deducted from the deposit. I think that it is unacceptable that we are responsible for damage that wasn't done by us. <br> <br> Thank you very much<br> Belinda van Tonder
