UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE

I purchased a vehicle on the 16/01/2016 from Just Cars in Durban through which I purchased a 2 year Motorite warranty. The vehicle had a 113445 mileage on purchasing it. After driving the vehicle for about 2793 km's I picked up an unbearable noise and I took the vehicle to Nissan Eastern Cape in Port Elizabeth for a major service since it was a 2nd hand vehicle. Nissan picked up that the noise was made by a faulty bearing which I instructed them to replace and install.<br> <br> When I put a claim to Motorite Insurers I picked up that my warranty policy was not on their database or activated. Now they don't want to pay my claim as according to them I didn't follow the correct procedures which is to get authorisation from them prior to repairs done on my vehicle.<br> <br> At the time of the bearing problem also a fern belt became faulty and I also fixed it.<br> <br> Now they don't want to pay based on the point that my policy wasn't activated nor did I follow the correct procedure of claiming.<br> <br> It wasn't my fault that the policy wasn't activated and was never informed of their procedures of submitting a claim and I still don't have a policy on my hands so I can fami****ize myself with it
