DISAPPOINTING SERVICE
It’s frustrating to deal with people who are so unwilling and unhelpful to try and do business with. Very defensive and unprofessional. I can’t say that Just Cars KZN lived up to my expectations for trying to do a deal with these guys. One would think that based in Umhlanga, the Company would be more suited to cater for a select market of customers. Certainly not the case. They really created a very poor impression.

DISAPPOINTING SERVICE
It was a very disappointing experience trying to deal with this car dealership in Umhlanga Rocks. I would have expected better service and people who are willing to assist their customers. Seems like they after being in business for so many years, complacency is the order of the day. When I asked to talk to the Dealer Principal, I was told he was not available today? This is very typical of what you get when you ask to speak to someone who should have authority. At any rate after closing my WhatsApp with the individual who served me, I received “no worries”👍🏻 Totally disrespectful and disinterested, that’s how I view it!!
