Promised Spare Key Magically Dissappeared

<p>I purchased a vehicle from Just Cars Pty Ltd 170 Dr Pixley Kaseme St in Durban CBD in 2013 around July on a finance arrangement from this dealership, firstly whilst the car was on showroom floor it stated that the clearly vehicle comes with central locking and alarm + air conditioning. Only to realize after the purchase that the car alarm does not work at all and the air conditioning packs up a few weeks later, secondly the salesman assured me that the vehicle had not been in smashed and was accident free - only to realize with closer inspection that indeed it had been. Thirdly and most importantly, I was told I would be issued a spare key all I had to do was pick it up - now I understand that on my behalf I did not fetch the key until needed but as a business/dealership servicing many customers with sheer integrity, honesty and business ethics you mislead me stating the car was accident free when on the contrary it was not, sold me a car without a proper working alarm system even though it was depictive on your marketing and have lost or destroyed my key without my consent as I have paid you for it inclusive of our finance arrangement deal which is now paid in full. I have called Mike this morning and a couple times back, who is supposingly in '2nd in charge' of the dealership as advised by one of the salesman but on the internet his details pick up as the business owner of this company, but he seems to not have a care in the world of my ordeal with his company and rather tells me to deal with the salesman that sold me the car diverting himself of his duties as higher management. I have been issued false spare keys to try and assist and when mentioned he tells me I must try locate the previous owner of the vehicle to obtain the key, the service I have recieved is absolutely putrid and here's my final message to you guys - I am currently in posession of those spare keys you've given me and the locksmiths are charging me R2500 to cut a new programmed key for me, once you have reimbursed me for the expense I shall return the keys without any hassle as it is you guys who are liable as my car is paid in full and you have recieved your money but diverted from the necessary items promised in the sale</p>
