DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

It was a very disappointing experience trying to deal with this car dealership in Umhlanga Rocks. I would have expected better service and people who are willing to assist their customers. Seems like they after being in business for so many years, complacency is the order of the day. When I asked to talk to the Dealer Principal, I was told he was not available today? This is very typical of what you get when you ask to speak to someone who should have authority. At any rate after closing my WhatsApp with the individual who served me, I received “no worries”👍🏻 Totally disrespectful and disinterested, that’s how I view it!!
