Poor workmanship acknowledged, but no response to resolve the matter
I contracted Juspropa to supply and install doors at my home. Unfortunately, several of the doors were damaged during installation and one external door was cut too short, leaving a large gap beneath it. To Juspropa's credit, they investigated the matter and provided me with a written report acknowledging that three of the four doors require replacement due to the contractor's workmanship and that the contractor is liable. They also proposed a refund to enable me to purchase replacement doors. I responded by requesting clarification regarding the proposed settlement, including exactly what costs would be covered and asking that the remaining door, which they believe can be adjusted, first be properly rectified. Despite following up, I have received no response to my questions. I remain willing to resolve the matter amicably, but I cannot accept a settlement when I do not know what it includes. I would simply appreciate communication and the opportunity to bring this matter to a fair conclusion.
