Great services and Helpful after care

Best service and their after care service is even better. Bought filters and a heater for my tanks and some stuff for my dogs and bird. Placed and paid for my order on the Thursday and the Friday my parcel went out for delivery to Mossel Bay. Monday morning I got my parcel. Everything looked fine and i left the filters and heater in my fish room. on Wednesday I opened them up to install and found that the heater was broken inside its boxed. I sent a mail and got a reply to the same day. they are ending me a replacement heater. 4 Days later I had my new heater delivered to my house at no charge to me. I will definably be ordering from them soon as they have great prices and services.
