Arriving late for appointments
They do a good job but their technicians don't meet their committed time for appointments and no one communicates to inform you about the delays unless you make a follow up. For a person with limited time it's difficult to deal with these guys because they don't arrive in time and they don't communicate.

17 Feb 2023, 11:04Clearly this company has no respect for customers'time. On the first appointment the technicians arrived very late, I complained and addressed the issue of late coming for appointments. On the second appointment the same thing happens, technicians don't arrive and no one communicates anything, 40 minutes after the appointment time I make a follow up only to be told that they will arrive 2 and a half hours late. I had to cancel the appointment and request a refund, such disrespect and pathetic service cannot be tolerated.
