Amazing!!

I have been with Jumbo now for just over 2 years, and time and time again I have been amazed with their amazing service. Hardly ever any downtime. I remember one time it was a Sunday afternoon and my internet was off, I logged a ticket on their website and within an hour, they contacted me and sorted out the issue. (on a Sunday!!) I had an issue today when I accidentally loosened one of my cables, once again, even after hours they helped me. If I listen how other people complain about their service providers, I am so glad I have Jumbo! Great service! No stress! Keep it up guys!
