untrained and unprofessional stuff

terrible customer service , went to jumbo bronkorspruit purchased chips and nartjies went to pay the teller by the name tumiso who clearly has no customer respect nor ethic rejected a R10 note that i had said she will not accept it i then asked her why she rudely just attended to the person behind me and just ignored me i asked to talk to a manager i was then informed the no manager on duty , what kind of a shop that doesnt have a manager.
