They refused to refund me

I made a lay-bye on 15.06.2015 total amount was R984.00 and I paid R200 deposit. I paid took out the lay-bye on the 26.06.2015. One of the items, the trouser for my brother is big so I went to the store to return it. Innocent ( cashier) said no I wont get a refund it is the lay-bye policy. On their receipt it is written that \ REFUNDS/EXCHANGES WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED WITHIN 30 DAYS WITH VALID SLIPS AND TAGS".<br> The policy of no refunds was never explained when I made the laybye"
