JUMBO LIES

Twice I have arrived at the shop 30 min in advance of closing time, but I was kicked out, I have spoken to the store manager about what they have posted as closing times, he was quite rude, and said kept saying it will be changed but was not, I was not assisted, he said in order to keep his job he can't assist me, and said there is no one above him.

For customer service directly from the manager this stores get 0, both of the jumbos in polokwane;because as a manager like that, what are you teaching your staff, staff that is rude from the gate, people only turn their faces from when you ask to speak to the manager,.... No this is not right. Their attitudes are not towards customers service but towards knock off times.
