I am truly disappointed ant to find out that this is the way the service has always been.

I dropped my sister at this store at 8:00 in the morning to buy parrafin and she was standing in the que until after 13:00 in the after noon. I arrived at 11:30 and still standing in que, Was told that the staff that was at work will be getting their parrafin before the customers. Asked management at this store and was told it was not true but imagine waiting for a sale of goods for over 5 hours. . what kind of service is that, where there is no order when selling their goods
