DISGUSTING SERVICE

Hi ,

ive been calling all branches in CPT , phillipi , ottery and epping for a CARMEN hood dryer . firstly when I asked the guy said they don't have stock , when I said but its in the add that just came out now , he said o ya ...we do have stock. when asking are you sure , not their branch I was then referred to epping .which they don't have stock as well . I double checked add and saw it was JHB, and they confirmed they have stock . I then wanted to know if they can do an interbranch delivery , which I was told I should contact the CPT office which will then call them

still this minute I am being transferred from the one to the other, till eventually they dropped the call .

how disgusting ! I really needed to buy this hood dryer as a gift , but with this services..i don't think anyone should be dealing with them
