bad customer service

Being a customer for many years then suddenly their head office makes changes but do not inform customers of their changes. They are definitely not customer friendly, passing the buck all the time. Manager by the name of Ralph not very helpful either. Verna was the only one that was willing to help, she alone gets 5 stars, as for the rest only 1 star.
