Jubilee Mall

I really do not understand that a mall will make you pay R2 for using them toilets, while you are doing shopping and bringing money to the mall indirectly. Them toilet are not even clean, no toilet papers, stones and sand inside yet you pay, imagine if you have a running Tommy and i have notice food courts place does dont their own toilets. To make matters worse the mall is not even safe to do your shopping high volume of crime, pick pockets, londries etc
