Ok Furnitures is failing me as customer.
I bought a ZERO GFR260DB GASELEC FRIDGE FREEZER in 2025,which I'm still paying to date, so this year it just stopped working and it's stil under extended warranty so I did go to the store to report it so they booked it for repair on 06/06/2026 until today the matter it's not solved I've been to the store several times to get an update,mind due I'm using my petrol, I'm making calls almost everyday with my airtime calling land lines.i have no fridge in the moment but every month Im expected to pay for it weather I like it or not, I'm suffering I have no where to put my food I have suffered alot of stress with OK furniture and I lost lot of money with this unresolved issue. Please help.
