Bad service at At Game jubilee mall Hammanskraal

I am so disappointed with poor service I got from Game Hammanskraal Jubilee mall. Alec and violet have no customer care. So I went the to buy a phone. They told me that they need hard copy proof or res and ID copy. But that time I am paying using game card. They where not even interested to print out my proof of res . They have that I dnt care attitude, Alec is worse. I went to internet to get those copies. I got there and found Alec still there who did not assist and handed me to Lesego. Sweet guy. To my surprise he did not use any of my copies . Wow.... please teach ur staff customer care especially Alec. No work ethic poor service.
