Bad Customer Service

Yesterday i was doing my shopping very happily at the mall with my kids, until i went to Game. When I got in there i was approached by the Security Officer (light in completion) he tapped my shoulder ruthlessly without even greeting me saying that bag doesn't go in i must take it to customer service. am asking myself what is a bag.

This is the reason why we would leave our nearby malls and drive to Kollonade. Few months back i wanted to make a laby for a sound bar and i couldn't believe what i heard, they make that sound bar on laybye as it was the last one in the store no contacts were made to check with other nearby game stores if they have enough stock to tranfere it to Jubilee Mall. The guy from Game Kollonade was surprised why did i drive all the way while there's Game, when i explained the story his response was " i wouldn't be surprised " that made me realize how many people are leaving Game in Jubilee Mall to go support other malls. Customer service is the best key to make any business run and make money. I mean you don't have to do magic smile complements the service y'all be giving to the customer.
