Unprofessional services

1. The shuttle is always late. It’s never on time. As I am writing this review I am waiting for it at the OR TAMBO AIRPORT, it was suppose to be here by 11:45… it’s not 12:59 . I tried calling (***) the Komatipoort office and the lady told me that there’s nothing she can help me with I must wait for the shuttle it will arrive. 2. We are never updated as clients if there’s a delay anywhere, I always have to be the one that calls. 2. Their staff members are unprofessional, you can’t tell a client there’s nothing you can do about a delay that’s happening on your side. That’s being unprofessional. 3. I asked for a refund so I can book another shuttle and she told me to contact the owner of the business. I have asked her to forward me the contact details, gave her my email address but she never sent them.

I WOULD NOT ADVICE ANYONE TO USE THEIR SERVICES IF THEY WANT TO GET TO THEIR ARRIVAL DESTINATIONS ON TIME!
