Worst customer service
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with JSL Shuttle Services. They canceled my booking, but completely refused to issue a refund for my money. To make matters worse, the booking agent I dealt with was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of resolving the issue or offering a proper solution, she actually had the audacity to tell me to borrow money from someone else since they would not be giving me my refund.This is completely unacceptable and ********* business behavior. Keep your distance from this company if you value your money and expect decent customer service. I highly advise against booking with them.

JSL Transport is the worst transport shuttle in South Africa
Worst shuttle service ever used. Please do not consider to use JSL Transport. I used this shuttle on Sunday 17 May 2026 from OR Tambo to Komatipoort and back from Komatipoort to OR Tambo on Friday 22 May 2026. The drive on Sunday, the bus "cutted" out and the driver had to switch engin off and start again while driving... They also had to change busses at night time so we had to wait alongside the road for the other shuttle to come pic us up. On Friday the first bus we took from Komatipoort we had to wait for more than half an hour at Malelane for yet another bus because the steering wheel did not work properly. The second bus that came to pic us up, was overloaded because the drivers pic up people who did not book tickets to pocket extra money. So the paying customers must be like sardines so that the non paying customers can also have space. The second driver smells like a shebeen, and swirving over the road. We feared for our lives. One paying customer tried to phone the owner the lady on the phone put the phone down not caring about the customers. We had to get out of the bus at Nelspruit for our own safety and pay another shuttle to take us to our final destination.
