Jsl transport is scary and dangerous, rude and dishonest and agressive

Worst scary transfer I ever seen. Driver didn't even want to look for my.name gave me.the.paperwork.to find my own info. Then he was so rude. A 6hr trip never stopped to use any facilities or get any food. He made sure he got food but.never allowed us out of the shuttle. He dropped me of an hour and 30min from where I had to be in the middle of nowhere when I asked he started screaming at me telling.my I should have gotten of , I was never informed of this as he was only listening g to loud African music and o. The mobile chatting to his friends. I was reallyscared that he would harm me. I blame the owner of the company for empoying such staff. She should loose her license to operate this business. The driver should have legal action taken against him as he threatened me and even brought a friend to intimidate me. I was alone in the middle of nowhere. I eventually git to where I was suppose to be 2 hrs later. Never use this company they will most probably kill you if they have the chance. Mam owner you are a terrible business owner and should not be allowed to have any business. In fact you should go work at a prison where you can allow this type of treatment. As a hotel manager I will make sure everyone in the area is informed and I will report your company to all the necessary people. Driver need to be fired and you should not think as hotels we don't have the means to get our own transfers. I am making it my missions to infor people from the cape to the Kruger about this.
