Lack of quality food and communication

Terrible communication services i ordered my food last week saturday. a few pieces of chicken found in my friend rice was undercooked and raw it tasted squishy and stringy i alerted the business immediatly and provided pictures demanded my refund andnthey said i had to email and so i did i have yet not heard back from them even though i sent a message yesterday for an update this is truly unacceptable as i paid so much money and the food had to be thrown away.
