Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service at there Athlone branch sorry to say.. Placed an order on the pekkish app on the 6thh July @ 11:00.. Waited till 12:00 messaged J&s sushi for them to tell me that they only opening at 12.. Nobody informed me anything told me my order was being prepared 13:00 still no delivery cancelled my order..

Then yesterday placed another order on the 24th July @13:30 told me my order would be ready @14:30 and waited until 15:00 then I got my meal there service is. Horrible and all they can say is that they had some technical issues.. They told me they will get back to me before the end of the day but still nobody got back to me..
