Horrible customer service

I am deeply disappointed in the service at the Kuilsriver branch. I enquired about delivery service last week Wednesday already to confirm that you do deliver to Kraaifontein and was informed that you do. After I placed the order and was about to do the EFT, someone phoned me to say that they do not deliver there - no apologies, nothing, just that If I want the food I need to come collect it. I then cancelled the order. After a while I receive another call to say that they will make a plan to deliver and the food should be at my house in 45minutes. After an hour I messaged them again and was told that they cannot find a driver to deliver my food. Please do better!
