Refund of rental deposit. Seems without legal action it is not going to happen.

I terminated my rental agreement with the necessary adherence to all the terms and the conditions of my contract. The rental agent never contacted me in terms of the agreement with regard to alleged repairs and never gave me the opportunity to view the alleged damage or get my own quote. Now through their actions it appears to me that they have no intention of paying me back my deposit, or even a part of it. Due to the fact that I was never allowed to verify that any damage exists, I do not feel that any damage exists. I do not feel that I have any liability towards the company. I want my full deposit back with interest.
