Jrl property management are Skelems
I really hope people get to read the post of these ******,that's all they are "vaark skelem",after moving out,we were prepared for the non-return of the deposit(after reading the reviews we made peace with it)but now they charging us for repairs on the original defects list.We provided a defects list upon moving in,now they want us to pay for that defects we found and they failed to repair defects.Please read other reviews if u don't believe.Please don't "racial profiles the company,profile under "Skelems",they will ***** your money and run away

****MERS AND UNPROFESSIONAL
I was ****med my deposit by JRL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT- the agent named Soretha refused to give me my deposit when I moved out till date , they refused to fumigate and fix anything in the apartment. THERE ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND IMPATIENT! The whole team . I wish I reviewed here before signing the lease but I have given them to GOD and trust my deposit multiples in however way !!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and be ready not to receive your deposit and pay unnecessary costs .

These people are parasites,please do not do business with these *******.When we viewed the property it was in a mess,the agent said they will fix.moved in day 1 power issues,next wast the kitchen cupboards,don't talk about plumbing.This is the fist property management where you pay to fix their property.The back door isn't even fixed since we moved in.......12 months later and I don't think it will be fixed when the next tenant moves in.Please. people if you desperate,build a shack and don't give you hard earned money to these people.I beg of you please im sure,like all previous tenants im not getting my deposit back.

Bad service
Very unprofessional and rude. Racial profiling, once you sign with the say goodbye to your deposit!
