Poor feedback or No feedback

I'm renting a place which Jrl Property Management is managing it. When I moved in I had fixed the place on my cost and months later they paid me out after continuously nagging them. They said they will paint the ceilings and its 2 years later and nothing happened since. As soon as i esquire about this it falls on deaf ears. Also no maintenance from the Landlord. The place I'm renting from was a filthy place but has potential. The came once to do their quarterly inspection and found 1 tap dripping whiles I was doing the dishes...***.
