If I could rate nothing, I would. Regrettably I didn't check the out on Hellopeter before I decided to take this place to rent... I did today and was shocked! They're literally raping and intimidating and victimizing consumers.... I have an evidence trail and audit trail... I'll let you know if they try another way of trying to ***** hard working folks' money... This place was filthy when I moved in, Toilet broken, drains overflowing, leaking plumbing all over, no ingoing inspection, I paid a plumber over a weekend to fix the toilet and replace the bathroom tap, they refused to refund me when I contacted them during work hours... And so the list continues.... It's shameful and inhumane.
