Deposit dispute

I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO SIGN A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH JRL PROPERTY. We have started a lease agreement on the 1 Decemeber 2016 paid the necessary deposits and administration fees a sum of R13500.00. Minus their administration fee of about R2500 the rest was agreed to be our deposit. We have provided 2 months notice and moved out on the 30th of September 2017 and even paid their annual bank changes of R1500.00 as per their request and still we are awaiting out deposit. It is now 44 days and still our full deposit is not paid into our bank account. The deposit letter is for the amount of only R4300.00 charging us for the month of October even though the lease ended 30th of September 2017.
