****** WITH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

WARNING PLEASE DON'T RENT FROM JRL PROPERTIES. I rented a house with them since 2018 and I moved out of the rented house during lockdown (May 2020), unfortunately I couldn't get the house to be repainted as per the contract and yesterday (three months later) they sent me a statement for R34000 which they say is for damages minus R9300 that I paid for damages which brings the amount payable by me to R24600. Please stay away from this agency their customer service is way too bad, they don't fix anything when you report to them but very quick to keep your deposit when you move out. To cut the story short they kept my deposit of R9300 AND on top of that they want me to pay R24600. Please stay away no matter how desparate you!!! They deserve a zero rating, worse agency that I ever came across.
