Be aware! Stay Away!

If you could rent a property for free through JRL, I would advise you to perhaps still look elsewhere. Any email / telephonic correspondance will be ignored or greeted with extreme rudeness , if you have grievances the staff will tell you to \give notice\" ( to move out!). Dubious amounts will be claimed from you and your electricity might be cut until such amounts are paid. Amounts WILL be deducted from your deposit upon moving out. Any request for proof or an explanation for amounts strongarmed or deducted from you will fall on deaf ears. Seeing similar complaints on this site and sharing similar grievances from neighbours who also rented from them, it's hard to see how they are still in business. Also, to my knowledge, only one person, the company itself excluded, is registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board. This may explain their ***boy attitude towards business and clients.
