Worst Service Ever!!!

We are still going back and forth with an issue that was reported on the 13 January 2020. I am getting a run around, they keeping closing the case and re opening it again with no feedback, instead they assign a new agent to deal with the case and we have to start over and over again.

The attitude of Agent Wesley is the worst, he is ***********...he is one who concluded on first closing the case without any feedback, and then he has the nerve to send me an email and advise that I should call bac****
