Withdrawal taking forever !!!!!!!!!

I have sent a number of emails to JPM and this is regarding a long overdue withdrawal that was supposed to be processed on 20th March. They don’t have a sense of emergency it’s the 31st today and we got bills to pay .. I want my money and as soon as I get it I’m totally going to a different broker . JPM provides bad services , it goes with them always shutting down our dashboard on weekends , huuuh aiii I’m fed up
