Withdrawal of funds

<p>I made a withdrwal on the 20th of December 2016 and my withdrawal request was never approved until I called in after a week to check why I havent received my money. I spoke to Teddy who advised that he didnt know why it was still pending and said I will receive my payment in a day. I waited for 3 days, called in again and spoke to Keitumetse Ramasodi who has been giving me false hope to date. I have been calling in wasting my airtime, sending emails and no one seems to know what they are doing.</p>
