Withdrawal not paid out.
JP markets have been sitting with my funds for more then 3 days without any explanation as to why my withdrawal has been processed on the system but not paid out.
I have been speaking to a number of customer support agents and all of them have different things to say.
Rest assured that your funds are safe. My funds would be safe in my bank account and not yours, I'm tried of excuses and making me wait for funds that are due to me.
Please action asap. If nothing is done I will be taking legal action.
