Withdrawal

I've made my withdrawal on the 9th April 2020 for the amount of R9744.15 .I've been sending emails try to get them to assist me get my money STEPHANIE was the one I communicated with up until she didn't respond to my emails then I called trying to get hold of the staff member to voice out my frustration and showed her where I think the problem was up to today I haven't received my funds. This is a broker I won't recommend to anyone. It's been over a month now
