WHAT COULD HAVE ALMOST BEEN SA BEST BROKER NOW BAD

At the beginning they have been somewhat good but of late they are loosing it. My opinion is the Accounts Managers are much overwhelmed, response time is always an issue. They have been recently done systems maintenance/upgrade and it messed up everything. They had the potential to be one the best brokers especially because they are South African, but now I seriously doubt it
