Stay Away From This Broker

I filed a withdrawal request on the same day the broker was liquidated. The claim process started in 2023, and last year I was asked to submit a bank statement for verification. I provided the requested bank statement, which clearly shows no transactions. This is because I stopped using that bank account in 2020, and it was officially closed by the bank. A closed bank account cannot receive funds.

Despite this, my claim was recently rejected. The broker alleges that the withdrawal was paid on 24 December 2021, even though: The submitted bank statement shows no incoming transaction

The bank has confirmed in writing that the account was closed on that date

The bank further confirmed that any attempted credit would have failed and been returned to the sender

Rejecting my claim under these circumstances is unjustified and misleading. The payment they claim to have made could not have been successfully received. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this broker.
