Please help me get access to my money from JP markets

Hi i am Kgofelo Lerato I've come here seeking help as I've deposited R7000 to JP markets absa account using my capitec app. I've tried contacting them via livechat since 4 am in the morning still they did not answer my messages, I then went on to send them 6 emails using their email address I even downloaded the payment notification and attached it to the email I've sent them I then decided to give them a call from 9 am I've called them 5 times with the same query the keep telling me the same story they will escalate it to the relevant department my contact number is ***
