Pending deposit

I deposited money into my trading account yesterday and funds went off my account. Normally the funds reflect immediately into my trading account but that wasn't the case this time around. I opened a ticket, reporting the incident and no one got back to me. I opened another one this morning and sent an email and still no response from them. I want my money back please
