Not activated after 3 days - JP Markets issue?

I registered on a Thursday afternoon but am still struggling to get activated. I spoke to 3 different consultants in 3 days. They promise to follow up and get back but no response. My documents have been accepted for FICA. I sent numerous emails to 3 different addresses. WHY can't they follow up and give me feedback and a reason for not activating my account?
